Ordinary photos can be downloaded immediately through a unique and secure link which is being supplied to you automatically once payment for the order has been received. Some photos of extraordinary filesize, as well as gigapixel and multimegapixel images, may not be downloadable instantly due to file size limitations. Those images as well as all videos and other content of large filesize will be supplied to you on a CD, DVD or BLU-RAY disc by postal service.

If you require instant access to large files, which are usually not available for download, please contact us before placing the order. Some files may be available on a FTP server, others may require prior upload. If you need large files urgently, we can usually arrange availability on CD, DVD or BLU-RAY within 6-24 hours, ready for pick-up by your express carrier, or delivered to any address of your choice in Palma de Mallorca. If in doubt, you may call on +34.637.999.700 at any time from 0800 to 2300 CET, Mondays to Sundays.

Postcards, will be prepared within 24 hours from the moment payment has been received. It will then be submitted to the nearest available letter box which may be collected once or twice a day during weekdays and with reduced frequency on weekends. Actual delivery time to the final destination varies greatly from country to country and on the date the postcard is sent off.

For example: Postcards sent off to Germany or the United Kingdom during months like May or October may take only 2-4 days. When sent off in the summer, in particular during August, this may increase to 4-9 days. Postcards to overseas destinations can take up to three weeks. From the beginning of December lasting to about mid-January every year, the postal service in Spain is particulary slow too. Please take this into consideration before claiming a postcard that may not have arrived. If a postcard were not to arrive, you can be sure that it is not because of us. We diligently send off all postcards and take a picture of each one sent off, which is available for you upon request. We have not failed in a single postcard ever. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for the loss of a postcard by postal services.

By default, products from the Art & More category, which require physical shipment will be sent off by us with the most economic shipment method available. The delivery time, similar to the postcards, can vary heavily, depending on the time of the year and the destination country. If this is not suitable for you, you may opt for the express shipment options that are available at extra cost. Express shipments of packages within Europe should reach you within latest 2-4 days, in many cases, the package reaches its destination within 24-48 hours. Overseas destinations may take a little longer.

Please note, that certain fees, taxes and/or customs charges may incur in your country upon receiving your order. Those charges are out of our control and we are not responsible for them.
