2. E-mail a friend feature: This feature has be deactivated in order to comply with certain legislations and we are currently unable to offer it unless those legislations may be revised. In the meantime, if you like to inform a friend about a page on this website you may like, you will have to do so on your own by email if you wish to do so.
3. Product reviews: This feature has also been disabled due to certain legislations which consider this a feature that does not sufficiently protect user privacy rights. We will monitor the evolution of those legislations and consider offering the feature, when the legal circumstance allow for it.
4. Newsletters: We offer a newsletter service for registered clients, which you can opt-in on signing up. This newsletter we send to your e-mail address from time to time to inform you about recent developments on this website, new products and photos as well as special offers. You are free to cancel newsletter subscription at any time by simply modifying your subscription in your profile page or by sending us an e-mail to unsubscribe@mallorcapixel.com from the email address you wish you have unsubscribed. Your have our commitment that messages we sent to you are free of any sort of malware and viruses and we do not include any third party advertisements whatsoever.
5. Personal data storage: We do not collect personal data other than that necessary to handle your orders, in case you register. This data is necessary to complete an order and all data stored will be treated strictly confidential.

Credit card information: Your credit card and/or other payment method details are not stored on our servers, as they are transmitted directly to the websites of payment processing firms like Visa, Paypal, etc. The connection to those services should be safe at any moment, but the safety of such connections is out of our hand, as it is at the hand of the payment processing firms. We cannot take responsibility whether your information may be passed on secure, as we do not have control over whether or not your computer may be infected with keyloggers, viruses or other harmful software. It is your responsibility to make sure that your computer is protected against such potential threats.

L.O.P.D. compliance: In compliance with Spanish legislation 15/1999, as of December 13th, in relation to the proteccion of personal data, we, mallorcapixel.com, as the responsible party inform about the following considerations: The data of personal character which we may ask for from you, is being stored in our systems with the sole purpose to handle your order and, where applicable, to handle your subscription to our newsletter service. Registration fields marked with a star are obligatory, as it would not be possible to offer our service to you if you did not provide us with those details. Verdict passed by the LG Hamburg on May 12th, 1998: In this verdict, the district court of Hamburg, Germany, passed the sentence of "liability for links" ruling that the author of a website can be held responsible for the contents of linked pages. This can be prevented by dissociating oneself from the contents of linked pages. Hence we herewith clearly dissociate ourselves from all contents of each link and we do not adopt the contents as our own, since we cannot influence the stlye and contents of each link. This disclaimer applies to all linked pages. 
10. Cookies: This website may make use of cookies in order to make the order process easier and store certain information related to your visit. If any cookies were supplied, the do not contain any advertising information or links, no details are passed on to third parties whatsoever and you can used this site without the cookies feature activated in your browser. No data nor statistics will be collected from you in relation to the use of cookies.
11. Saved passwords: You are free to save your password to your account on mallorcapixel.com in your browser. However, we cannot be held responsible if this information stored on your is being intercepted and maliciously used, as it as your discretion to make sure that this information is stored safely. The information collected includes the typical information provided by Google Analytics, which is not related nor linked to any personal details. Google Analytics details are strictly confidental and they are not made available to any third party whatsoever.
13. Feedjit visitors map: The Feedjit service provides Google Maps based statistics on the last 100 visitors to this website. While the more or less exact origin of the last 100 visitors is visible on a map, no further personal information on those visitors is available. The only information that may be visible is how the visitor arrived, wherefrom, which browser is being used, which operating system, through which website and on what search terms. This information is solely used on browser optimization and other aspect related to improving this website. It is not possible to link this information to any personal details of a visitor to this website.
14. Data security: We aim to make data security as secure as possible. Details related to your order and your newsletter subscription are stored on our servers. Details related to your payment details are NOT stored on our server ever. They are only stored on the servers of the financial institution that may process your payment. Data collected in relation to visitors on this website is either stored on servers of Google or Feedjit, protected by their standard. We take great care to protect your personal details.
15. Data we collect: We collect three sort of data from this website: Firstly the information you provide us with to handle your order, when you register to this website. If we did not collect that data, we would not be able to handle your order. Secondly we store the data from Google Analytics, as mentioned in section 12 and thirdly the data of Feedjit as mentioned in section 13, both of which with the sole purpose to improve this website and the services we offer. No personal detail is being cross-linked or compared between or in between any of those three methods.
16. Advertising and links: We do not make use of advertisements on this website. Any external links you may find on this website, solely serve for the purpose of providing access to further information on certain facts or details. However, as in compliance with the statement in section 9, we cannot be held responsible for the correctness, accuracy or content as such on external website, as they are out of our reach.
